Spiritual Direction is heart listening. We listen for God’s direction in your heart’s desires. Together we find a safe place to be comfortable with your strengths and weaknesses; and there find God’s love and healing.
I have a passion for working with people who want to improve in virtue, forgive old resentments, and deepen their relationship with God and others. I have personally experienced the benefits of spiritual companionship. I would be honored to walk with you on your spiritual journey. 
My certification in Spiritual Direction is from the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange and Loyola Marymount University, 2023. I received my Masters of Pastoral Counseling in 2002 from Trinity College. I have been active in parish ministry for the last 30 years, including confirmation preparation, adult prayer ministry and women's retreats. I am married and enjoy outdoor activities with my husband and family.
